Monkey Bread Muffins

What You Need to Make Monkey Bread Muffins

– Sugar – Cinnamon – Buttermilk flaky biscuits – Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Vanilla extract – Cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven. Line a muffin pan with non-stick spray or cupcake liners.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Separate biscuits and cut into equal pieces. Toss into cinnamon-sugar mix and place 8 pieces into each muffin well.

Place a saucepan on the stove and melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and water. Mix until everything is melted and combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the brown sugar and butter mixture over each of the muffins.

Bake. Allow muffins to cool before removing them from the pan.

Microwave the cream cheese frosting. Drizzle the frosting all over muffins. Serve and enjoy!
