What You Need to Make Stuffed Baked Apples
– Allspice – Cinnamon – Hot water – 4-5 apples
Melt butter in a medium-sized bowl and then add all of the dry ingredients: brown sugar, vanilla, flour, oats, allspice, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Slice each apple in half and remove the stems. Using a spoon, scoop out the core of each apple.
Pour 1/2 cup of hot water into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish and place the apples inside, with the cut side up. Sprinkle about a teaspoon of cinnamon over the tops.
Then, stuff each apple with the filling mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 35 minutes.
