1cupunsalted buttermelted
1cuplight brown sugarpacked
½cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1tablespoonvanilla extract
2 ½cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt
1cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
1 ½cupsCadbury Mini Eggsroughly chopped
½cupCadbury Mini Eggswhole (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a thick cookie dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle the top with whole Cadbury Mini Eggs for a festive look.
