1packagefrozen cubed hash browns2 pounds
1cartonsour cream16-ounce, full fat is best
1cancream of celery soupcream of chicken soup works, too
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/3cupmelted unsalted butter
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
1/2cupRitz cracker crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cracker crumbs. Stir well until combined.
