Ingredients
For the Salmon:
1salmon filet (approx 4-6 oz)
1tspolive oil
1tspsoy sauce
1/2tsphoney
1/4tspgarlic powder
dashsmoked paprika
pinchblack pepper
For the Rice
1cupcooked rice
For the Toppings
1/4cupcarrotsshredded
1/4cupcucumberssliced
1/4avocadosliced
1tbsppickled red onion
1green onionsliced
For the Sauce
1tbspsoy sauce
1/2tspsesame oil
1/2tspsriracha
1/2tspbrown sugar
squeezelime juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Brush or spoon the mixture over the salmon.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.If using pre-cooked rice, warm it in the microwave (follow package instructions).
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and brown sugar in a small bowl.

Add the warm rice to a bowl. Place the cooked salmon on top and arrange the carrots, cucumber, avocado, and pickled onions around it.
