Ingredients
1/4cuplocal honey*
1/2cupcanned pumpkin
8ouncechunkpineapplewith juice
tspvanilla
1/2cuplow fat greek yogurtplain or vanilla
1/2cupmilkwhole or 2%
1.5tablespoonslemon juice

Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
*I use 1/4 of a cup of honey but when my son makes these he uses 1/2 and both he and my husband prefer them with the extra honey in them. If you would rather have a sweeter, more dessert like smoothie, go for the 1/2.
