Ingredients
Cranberry Topping
12ozfresh cranberriesrinsed and drained
1–2 jalapeñosseeded and diced (adjust to heat preference)
¼cupfresh cilantrochopped
½cupsugar
2green onionssliced
1tablespoonlime juice
¼teaspoonsalt
Base
28 oz blocks cream cheese, softened
Crackerstortilla chips, or pita chips for serving
Instructions
Add the cranberries to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, being careful not to puree. Transfer to a bowl.
Stir in the diced jalapeños, cilantro, green onions, sugar, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and the sugar dissolve.
Spread the softened cream cheese on a serving platter or in a shallow dish.
Spoon the cranberry jalapeño mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
Serve chilled with crackers, tortilla chips, or pita chips.
