Ingredients
4cupschopped, cooked, and shredded chicken (about 4 to 5 breasts halves)
2cupsinstant rice
1can cream of chicken soup
1cupsour cream
1/2cupfrozen diced onion
1can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/4teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1 1/2cupschicken broth
8ozshredded cheddar cheesedivided
Instructions
