Ingredients
1 ½cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
1 ½cupsmilk
¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt
3tablespoonspure maple syrup
1 ½teaspoonsvanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Add the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a medium bowl.
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats, 1 ½ cups milk, ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract, Pinch of salt
Stir until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly between 3 small containers. Cover each container with a lid.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving. Add a splash of milk if you prefer thinner oats.

Notes
If you're not a fan of thick oats, I'd recommend starting with a little extra milk when mixing. You can always add more in the morning too!
Mason jars are my go-to containers for this recipe. They seal well, are easy to grab from the fridge, and make it feel a little fancy!
Don't skip the salt! It might seem odd in a sweet recipe, but it really helps to bring all the flavors together.
If you want to mix things up, try swapping the pecans for walnuts or topping with fresh applesauce or berries. Both work really well with the maple vanilla flavor!
Storage: These maple vanilla overnight oats will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge. I like to make a big batch on Sunday and work my way through them during the week. Just give them a good stir before eating and add a splash of milk if they've thickened up too much.
