Don’t you just love seeing the gorgeous food on the cover of each issue of Southern Living? Today I thought it might be fun if you join me in my kitchen while I cook the cover!
Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.

Congratulations! I need another copy of your cookbook! The cheesecake looks wonderful. I am always a little intimidated by the cover recipes but you made it look easy. I received my copy of Southern Living in the mail the other day and admired the cover but didn’t think I would try it. Now I’m ready to make my shopping list.
