Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.

I have a signed copy of your book that I got from qvc. I believe with all my heart that it’s the real deal, but my husband says there’s no way you could sign them all. By the way…it’s my favorite cookbook! That picture looks so good! I could almost lick the screen!
