  1. I picked up my slow cooker while it was full of Salisbury steak. I guess the handles were not made for that much weight because they broke off, and my slow cooker hit the floor shattering the lid. I have still used it a couple of times, but the lid is a problem since I could not find one that fit just right like the original. I would love to replace the pitiful thing with this beautiful Hamilton Beach one!
