Thank you , Christie. I love your stories, scriptures and other tid bits and great recipes. For the last three weeks reading reviews and looking for a newer slow cooker. The one I have has the low, high and warm setting. I use a separate timer to help me monitor the cooking time. I put rubber bands looped under the side handles and over the lid top to try to secure for transport to church functions.

What a wonderful gift at this time of year.

southern Virginia roots. Great recipes! Thanks!
