  2. Everything you’ve said has been spot-on. I’m one of those people who ended up needing medication, but even the medicine is not a cure-all. It is still a daily battle, and one that I feel I am winning! As you’ve said, you have to want to change. You have to want to shift your perspective and find that “attitude of gratitude”. And if something is contributing to you feeling truly miserable, you have to be willing to take the steps to change your situation.
