Many of you have written that you are having a difficult time finding Pioneer Baking Mix in your local Wal Marts. I spoke with my extremely kind contact at Pioneer and she says they are working on getting it back in all of the stores. If you’ll just let the manager know you want it, they can get it in for you!

Also courtesy of Pioneer Brand, here is a recipe and photo for ya! I haven’t got to try this yet so y’all let me know if you do! I hope to make it this week because it sure looks good (I’m making it for supper one night!).

  1. Sounds delish! May just have to try this one (I’m not much of a sausage person, myself). Thanks for sharing, Christy!

  2. Another great recipe. We have breakfast potluck at work often and I was wanting to try something different next time. Thanks so much.

  3. Great recipe. I always am looking for something exceptional for breakfast when I have overnight guests. Plus, ingredients are those I have on hand.

  4. You know, I didn’t realize until just now that I use the Pioneer gravy mix all the time.

I am horrible at making pepper gravy and theirs tastes homemade. If you eat country fried steak at my house you’re eating Pioneer gravy.

  5. we make this all the time, but I think mine differs a bit. It’s amazing though!! We even make a version and let it sit in the fridge over night so I can pop it in the oven the next morning 😉 I haven’t made one in a while… maybe I should. It would be nice if I had some of there stuff to do it with though 😉
