Don’t you just love seeing the gorgeous food on the cover of each issue of Southern Living? Today I thought it might be fun if you join me in my kitchen while I cook the cover!
Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.
For this recipe, pick up a copy of the November 2011 issue of Southern Living or visit them online at SouthernLiving.com (click here to go directly to the recipe).
But I *really* think you should get a copy because there are 103 recipes in this issue alone!
“If we magnified blessings as much as we magnify disappointments, we would all be much happier.”

Thank you, Jenny!

Congratulations!!!!! I loved the video – you remind me of me – if I don’t have
it something else will do & love the way you watch the pennies – a girl after
my own heart –
You are my daily fix. Congrats.
PICK ME, PICK ME!
Love your site. Look forward to cooking theSL cover!!
I’ve always just passed by recipes that called for a springform pan. Now I know that I can just use a good ‘ol 9×13. Thanks for the way you always make things simple and easy!!!
A friend gave me your cookbook and it immediately became my FAVORITE ever! My husband loves every recipe in it (he’s never been interested in a cookbook before – ha ha!). Would love to win one to give to my sister.
It looks delicious. Got lots of nice recipes from you.
