Note: I cut the cooking time by about ten minutes when I baked it in a 9×13 pan instead of the suggested springform pan.

I get excited each time I see a new post! You just seem to get better and better. I love your cookbook and it stays out in my kitchen all the time but an autographed copy would be even better and I would pass mine along to someone who doesn’t have one.
