  1. FABULOUS!!! I love your accent, and cannot wait to watch these videos!! LOL! I am from SC, and it always amazes me you can kind of tell what state you are from by your accent! When I met my husbands family (NW Ga) I thought… I have never heard that accent before.. But now, everytime I hear it, I know approximatly where someone is from! Anyway, back to the videos, LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that you are doing them! I need some quick fixes! I am usually all about any kind of slow cooker meal!

  2. One of our favorites is quick chicken fajitas. I slice onion and bell pepper into strips and cook about 5 min. Meanwhile, my husband is cooking flash frozen boneless skinless chicken breast sprinkled liberally with McCormick’s fajita seasoning on the George Forman. When they are done, I slice and add to onion/pepper mixture while he heats up the flour tortillas. In less than 12-15 min., a quick, easy, and even low-fat meal is ready and delicious!

  3. Spagetti and chili are 2 our our family’s fav quick fixes! Congrats on the new series!

  4. I can’t get enough of your bright sunny face ! I will def. be watching your video’s and just may have to go pick up the magazine too . Congrats your a wonderful person and truley deserve it 🙂

  5. Can’t wait to see this! I keep boneless chicken breasts in the freezer for quick fix meals. Lots of things can be made with these. Would love this cookbook!
