Pete the Cat :)
Pete The Cat is my new favorite story. I discovered it while attending the Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance Trade Show and wanted to share it with your kids (and you!). Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

BTW, we will be getting our own copy of Pete the Cat, from P&P, no less! 🙂 Thanks for coming to Fairhope!
I met you last night at Page & Palette, and sheepishly had to tell you that I didn’t read your blog (you hugged me anyway), but I do now! Anyway, it was great meeting you. Just as sad, is even though I’m a big P&P fan, I had never read Pete the Cat :-(. However, our just-turned-five year old LOVED your story-reading. She’s watched it last night and again several times this morning (and yes, she waved good morning to you). So she’d definitely be up for more stories! So keep ’em coming!
Not only to we like the book, we LOVE your expressive reading! I have always felt that if there was a song in a book it should be sung and not merely read. Good job!! My 3 year old granddaughter came over and told me she wanted to listen to Pete the Cat – AGAIN! We’d enjoy hearing more stories read. Please keep them coming. Thank you!
It looks like that cat drinks his coffee black. I would think a cat would like plenty of cream in his cup! 🙂
Wonderful job of reading and singing! You made the story come alive. As a former 2nd grade teacher, I think adults reading to children is so important. Can’t wait to order this for my 15 month old grand-daughter Cali for Christmas! And her 11 year old brother will see your video story today. I’ll be singing “I love my white shoes…”
Thanks for a fun book. I am a school counselor at a high school and shared this video with our Student Council. We had a great discussion about positive attitude. Now, we all have “I love my shoes” song in our heads!
My 2 year old grandson was fascinated that he could hear a bedtime story on the puter. And he laughed and laughed at Pete’s shoe songs!
Please keep the stories (and songs) coming.
