My kids are huge PB&J folks. When we were dating, my husband lived on them, literally. He kept a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of jelly in his desk drawer and that is what he ate – every single day.
Of course, since we got married he has had a lot more variety in his diet – but I still find him in the kitchen late at night several times a week making his favorite snack. I’m like Rick, I love peanut butter and jelly sandwichs and I eat them a couple of times a week. They hit the spot when you need something but not really sure what. My brother-in-law loves them, too.
