I grew up with a kitchen aid stand mixer. I have no idea how to use a hand mixer, but love learning new things! Tried your homemade caramels recipe last night for the first time. They were great! I rolled them out then cut them like tootsie rolls. Worked like a champ and made 200 pieces. Maybe I could use the hand mixer to stir the caramels…. Hmmmm….
We don’t have White Lily flour available to us here in Oregon, how fun it would be to have some! Thanks for the contest!

I do not think we have White Lily flour around here so I would love to win it and make a cake!
While living up north, when my husband was going to travel down south, I asked him to bring me back some White Lily flour (grew up in Knoxville – what else would we use?) He brought back 4 – 5 lb bags…….20 lbs! As I put them away I was thrilled to have them, but realized that that’s what being 20lbs overweight felt like!!!!!
