Hey, howdy, hey, welcome to another new recipe! This, of course, is one of my favorite kind of recipes. How do you make these easy sheet pan chicken fajitas? You just dump stuff on a pan, toss it, and cook it! Voila!

I LOVE fajitas and my favorite part is the onion and bell pepper blends. Funny enough, my husband hates that part so I usually end up eating his share of the veggies, and he ends up eating more of the meat. However, my job is to prepare supper, not to cater it, so my family has learned real quick to find something they like out of each spread, and if that ends up being plain tortillas, so be it. 1. I just ‘found’ you through Aunt Ruthie at Sugar Pie Farmhouse … and I tried this recipe tonight! Super easy – super yummy – a hit with everyone! I took a shortcut and tossed the tenders in the olive oil and sprinkled the seasoning over them in the bowl, than gave that a toss – that way the tenders were all coated in yumminess! Thanks so much – I look forward to exploring your site!

  2. Supper tonite. I love your style of fuss free cooking. I was born in Fort Benning, raised in Fort Bragg, Fort Gordan and our home place in NE TN. When I turned 28 I moved to Dallas and lived there several yrs. So my southern accent is ll over the place, lol.

  3. My son is the same way. He was born with a southern twang but after going to school he became less country sounding. We live in the city, and I find my accent coming and going, which probably confuses people. My family has the country way of talking down pat so that sound just feels like home to me!

  4. Christy, we are addicted to Mexican food and loved these Fajitas. Plus, they are so easy to prepare. I’m sure we’ll be enjoying these often and for a long time. It really is a low fuss meal, as you said. God bless you!

  5. What a good recipe,Christy. It really is an easy, fuss free meal and sooooo delicious. We had these for lunch today and will have them again! Thanks for another winner! God bless you, Christy!

  6. I made the easy sheet pan chicken chicken fajitas tonight. Thank you so much for this recipes. It was so easy to make and everyone just loved the dish. Speaking of accents my Daughter and I came from Northern Kentucky. We now live in Sydney Australia. It is funny because everyone tells us they love our accent. We never even knew we had an accent. After being here over 10 years we don’t hear the difference in the Australian accent. Keep sending the beautiful and easy meals.

  7. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes; especially some I had forgotten about and are really southern.

When I married a Dane and went to live in Denmark, I had to lose my southern accent in order to be understood. I notice, though, that when I’m tired, I drawl with the best of them. It warms my heart that we don’t lose it; just put it away for expediency’s sake. 🙂
