  2. Christy, thank you so much for sharing the chicken lo mein recipe. My family, especially my 10 year old grandson loves it. Sometimes we use rice, sometimes we use Barilla’s high protein spaghetti thin noodles. It is a welcome Friday night treat.

    Now I need to make him the banana pudding recipe which was the first recipe I tried of yours in 2008. It was wonderful! Your inspiring sayings and positive reflections on seeing the humanity in our fellow human beings is always very encouraging. Blessings on your family.
