How to Make Sausage and Sweet Potato Sheet Pan Dinner:
Chop sweet potato, red onion, broccoli crown, and sausage to prep!
In a measuring cup or bowl, whisk the olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add the sweet potatoes to a bowl and pour half of the oil mixture over them.
Toss to evenly coat the sweet potatoes in the mixture.
Spread the prepped sweet potatoes onto the sheet pan. Bake the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
While baking the sweet potatoes, add the sliced sausage, broccoli, and onion, to a bowl and toss with the remaining oil mixture.
When the sweet potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and spread the remaining prepared ingredients onto the baking sheet.
Bake for another 15 minutes, until broccoli is at preferred roasted color.
Remove from the oven and serve!

- 14 oz polish sausage sliced
- 1 broccoli crown cut into florets
- 1 large red onion chopped into large chunks
Instructions

WOW! Super good & super easy recipe. Cooked my sweet potato chunks about 25 minutes, then added the rest of ingredients for an extra 20-25 minutes.
