- Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

Tip: If you’re using a dry sweetener like Truvia or sugar, add it while the tea is still warm so it dissolves fully. The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it as sweet or tart as you like. I use 3 packets of Truvia, but cane sugar, honey, or even Splenda all work.

How to Make Iced Cherry Apple Tea
1. Steep the Tea
In a quart-sized mason jar or pitcher, steep 2 Black Cherry Berry tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for a good 15 minutes—you want all that cherry flavor to come through.


2. Add the Good Stuff
Remove the tea bags and stir in the 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and sweetener of choice while the tea is still warm. Give it a good stir so everything dissolves nicely.




3. Fill with Ice and Water
Top off your jar with ice and cold water until it reaches the top. Give it another stir, and you’re ready to sip!

Storage
This apple cider vinegar tea recipe makes just 1 glass, so there’s no need to store leftovers. Simply double the recipe if making it for more than one person at a time!
Can I use a different tea blend?
Absolutely! While this recipe is made for a fruity herbal base, feel free to experiment with green tea, white tea, or a more floral eternity blend if that’s your vibe. Just keep in mind that caffeinated teas like black tea will change your drink’s energy levels.
