  1. The “Anytime Any Kind” oatmeal muffins are absolutely wonderful!! The batter stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to a month! That helps when you only need to make a few!! Or, bake them up and then freeze them!! But it is a great recipe because you can be creative with it and add whatever you like!!!
