  • Milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bran cereal
  • All-purpose flour
  • Quick or old-fashioned rolled oats

How to Make Apple Bran Muffins

Line muffin tin with liners.

Preheat the oven to 375 and line your muffin tin with paper liners.

Add eggs to mixing bowl.

Next, we’re going to mix the wet ingredients together. So in a mixing bowl, add the eggs…

  1. Oh you! I’ve never tried this bran muffin mix because … well …. there might be BRAN in there. Eeeuuuwww! But adding apples ‘n butter? Now yer talkin’ and I think I will try these. Thank you! (And your saying “kindly” put a big ‘ol smile on my face – my original mother-in-law always said that instead of “kind of” and it just always felt good when she said it. 🙂
