How To Make Snickers Caramel Apple Salad
Hey friends! Snickers Caramel Apple Salad is one of those over the top desserts that we here in the South like to call a “salad”. Don’t worry, we can’t say it with a straight face, either. Iโm not gonna even try to tell you that this wonโt wreck any and every diet or that you won’t go into a sugar coma if you eat too much of this Snickers Caramel Apple Salad.

Christy, I made this today for our Christmas lunch at church. It was sooo good! I had mixed it up really well so that everything was stirred up together, and the Snickers turned out to be a “secret.” Several people asked what that “OTHER” ingredient was and was it cheese? ๐
I may try The Better Baker’s suggestion next time and substitute the Butterscotch pudding and add in some pineapple; although my apples didn’t turn brown at all, I just love pineapple!
I am so glad to hear it was a hit!!! Let me know what you think if you give the butterscotch/pineapple a try ๐
Hey, Christy! Didn’t I read in one of your emails that your Southern Plate magazine is now gonna be available again for a short time? Looked @ Walmart this am, didn’t see it. I’m in Chattanooga – know who’s carrying it?
Thanks so much!!

You are the true Lady, love to you and your family.
I made this for our Halloween party at work today and it was a huge hit. I passed around this link to a few people today. Very tasty.
I’m so excited to hear that!!! Thank you, Chelle!
Oh HOW I adore this awesome SALAD. =) I don’t use instant pudding though..I add dry butterscotch pudding mix to a can of partially drained pineapple (it helps keep the apples from turning brown)…and gives it a great caramel flavor. Pinning this! SUCH a delicious idea! Thanks for sharing.
๐ Thank you so much and thanks for sharing your tip!!
Oh yeah! this sounds good. Thanks for the recipe and an idea to use up any left over candy.
๐ I hope you get the chance to make it soon Debora!!
This looks perfect for my church Homecoming we will be having soon! Can you give me a general idea of how many this might serve at these proportions? Wondering if I will need to double it.
Thanks.
It really depends on the serving size but I would guess this would serve 10-12 in small portions ๐ What a fun homecoming!!!
